They have a problem with appointments and make people wait for hours in the waiting room, and are ignored by the staff at the reception

They give wrong information about prices, always better to go personally and check. Do not rely on the operator from the toll free number as he has zero knowledge. They also give wrong information on timings regards to your scan or treatment.

I really would like to thank the center and the hospital for treating their patients nicely also having a great staff and medical team, especially Dr. Raied he is an exceptional doctor and a great surgeon who consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism and dedication to his patients. His strong clinical skills, compassionate approach, and excellent communication skills makes him an invaluable member of your team. I did my Surgery with him and I am very happy with the results, he stayed in contact before and after the surgery, on or off duty .
